Working from home. Did some tickets for work and some emails. Updated some coworkers.
SELLING AND BUYING A HOUSE IS A BIG PAIN IN THE @$$. I think we’ve been lucky so far with all the parties involved, however, just getting prepared to sell, buy, and PACK sucks ALOT.
Oh yeah, what’s the difference between the original plat of survey and the new plat of survey? considering nothing has been done to our property since we moved in…. there should be ZERO difference.
Wrong, surveyors need to come by your home and ‘recertify’ your survey @ the cost of $375.
